Responsibilities, Tasks and Outputs:

• Set up new customer accounts and agree payment terms
• Undertake credit assessments of new customers
• Monitor credit agreements of existing customers
• Negotiate payment plans
• Collection of arrears
• Continuously improve the debt collecting process for the benefit of the company and the customer
• Process payments
• Resolve customer queries, liaising with internal departments where necessary
• Analyse and report on company financial activity

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

The successful candidate will:  

• Be confident speaking on the phone to a varied pool of people. 
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour 
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Ability to identify pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. 
• Excellent multitasking skills 
• Ability to prioritise tasks. 
• Have experience meeting and exceeding KPI’s
  

JOB DETAILS: 

• Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our website, from engineers.
• Developing your own pipeline of customers from our own data sources.
• Managing new and existing customers. 
• Work with our field sales team to develop sales opportunities. 
• 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays (extra holiday entitlement linked to sickness)
• Office based at our Barnsley HQ with WFH potential. 
• Full time position Mon- Fri 8.30am – 4:30pm 
• Starting salary of £25,000 (+ sales commission)
