YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install laundry equipment as and when directed by the Installations team
  • Carry out comprehensive, competent, and safe remedial repairs to customer and Company satisfaction
  • Complete and provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required, including reporting your arrival and departure from each call and obtaining customer signature where required
  • Drive the implementation of engineering best practice processes, procedures and tools that maximise effectiveness and efficiency
  • Maintain technical and system updates and releases as required
  • Manage tooling and van stocks as well as job part orders appropriately by receipting, consuming or returning for each job
  • Maintain our reputation within the industry by demonstrating excellent customer service practices, acting responsively to the needs of the customer with the aim of delivering customer satisfaction
  • Manage on-site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner
  • Clean equipment and the immediate vicinity of the machine after completion of site work, leaving the site well-presented
  • Handle any challenging situations with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Be responsive and cooperative and achieve the required tasks set

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • 25 Days Holiday
  • Pension
  • Field Based in Hampshire/Dorset
  • Full Time, Monday to Friday
  • Salary £37,000 PA

JOB DETAILS: 

  • Outbound calling to customers on the phone or via email to secure re-orders of our detergent products
  • Managing new and existing customer detergent accounts
  • Placing orders through our website/ecommerce function
  • Developing sales opportunities in partnership with your field sales colleagues. 
  • Planning workloads and route planning for two delivery drivers nationwide
  • Planning weekly stock check counts and maintaining system stock levels
  • Handling inbound customer calls and enquires Investigating invoice queries
  • Starting salary of £27,000
  • 25 days annual leave (Excluding Bank Holidays)
  • HQ Based, Mon-Fri, 8 hour shifts

  • Have experience meeting and exceeding KPI’s

JOB DETAILS: 

  • Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our website, from engineers.
  • Developing your own pipeline of customers from our own data sources.
  • Managing new and existing customers. 
  • Work with our field sales team to develop sales opportunities. 
  • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays (extra holiday entitlement linked to sickness)
  • Office based at our Barnsley HQ with WFH potential. 
  • Full time position Mon- Fri 8.30am – 4:30pm 
  • Starting salary of £25,000 (+ sales commission) 
  • OTE first year expectation £35-£45k (Uncapped)
