We’re delighted to announce the launch of selfServe; Wolf Laundry’s online customer portal.

Customers can access their account online and view live jobs, check the status of parts, orders and request repairs. They can see servicing due dates, download compliance certificates and access all invoicing. The selfServe portal can be accessed through the Wolf Laundry website and gives same day information along with the current status of all equipment.

After listening to customer feedback, we’ve introduced selfServe to give customers more visibility and control over their commercial laundry equipment. The system is designed with customer convenience in mind and is easy to use, providing customers with an extra point of contact and a single location for all information.

selfServe works in harmony with our OneCare all inclusive service offering, to offer customers a true partnership and help them get the most out of their commercial laundry equipment. For single monthly payment Wolf can supply, install, service and repair your commercial washing machines, dryers and finishing equipment. We offer UK wide coverage and are on call 7 days a week including bank holidays!
