Herncliffe Care Home, based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, provides dementia, residential and nursing care. Founded 30 years ago, the family-run care home has 115 beds spread over six care units, and 200 members of staff. Overcoming problems

For a number of years Herncliffe Care Home had used the same machines and tumble dryers but after experiencing a number of issues, with machines frequently breaking down and the high volumes of laundry the care home produced backing up, they approached Wolf Laundry.
