Wolf maintains all our laundry machines across the care group – over 50 machines in total. We do closely monitor all our contactors response times and Wolf are always swift and reliable, with a very good first-time fix rate.
They also carry out our annual gas safety servicing, which is absolutely crucial to the safety of the home. When our Blackwell Vale care home needed a replacement washing machine, I had no hesitation in using Wolf, they are easy to deal with and would strongly recommend them.
