Direct Healthcare Group (DHG) is a global medical device manufacturer delivering innovative and leading solutions for individuals who are impacted by reduced movement. DHG specialises in the manufacture of pressure ulcer prevention solutions with a comprehensive range of innovative, award-winning products including mattresses, cushions and overlays.
Due to business expansion, creating and building a new state of the art depot in Manchester, DHG required a new commercial laundry equipment supplier, that could supply and install commercial laundry equipment suitable for industrial scale laundry operations; whilst meeting the specific requirements of the new depot.
After looking at existing DHG depot laundry systems and after recommendation from the Rental and Service director who had previously used Wolf Laundry in a past company role; Wolf Laundry were the first choice when looking at alternative suppliers.
Wolf Laundry listened to DHG’s requirements, supplying and installing premium professional Schulthess W300 33kg Washers and Schulthess D650 33kg Dryers – designed for industrial use and commercial operations.
Responsiveness and durability of machines in other depots, aswell as escalating costs, led us to explore other suppliers when we were creating and building our new state of the art depot in Manchester.
The ability to preset wash cycles so operatives can only select what cycles we need to use and not be overwhelmed with multiple options.
Due to the nature of our operations, DHG have to be fully compliant with HTM 01-04 regulations. Wolf Laundry machines are central to that. With our machines in constant use, durability and reliability of the machines are imperative to our day to day operations.
