After receiving a poor maintenance service from a national laundry company, we decided instead to use a local company Wolf for all our machine maintenance. We received a much swifter maintenance service from Wolf, but we recognised that our washing machines were in urgent need of replacement.
The new larger 23kg washing machines are more efficient models, with an increased capacity and significantly reduced water consumption. The new installation was completed as agreed over one single weekend without any disruption to our laundry service.
Having had the new Lavamac machines operating for several months, I am pleased to report that together with Wolf we have achieved all our key objectives.
