A bit about your role?

I train and develop the sales team in consultative and solution selling, using sales strategy and insights to become more effective and ultimately grow the business. I’m also responsible for structuring new and existing business propositions.

Any professional qualifications?

Sales insights: Profit and Loss Accounts Diploma. Level 5 in leadership and management.

Why do you like your job? And Wolf?

My favourite aspect of the job is the variety of work. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, as well as a chance to collaborate with colleagues. Wolf’s culture is very motivating which energises employees to achieve both individual performance and business goals supporting the growth of the company.

Before Wolf?

I spent 12 years in the commercial laundry industry, working in various sales roles.

Tell us more about yourself: What do you like to do in your free time?

I love to spend time outdoors with my husband and little boy! I also like to look online at houses that are for sale, even though I have no intention of moving right now! I like to think about what they could be and get inspo for my own home!

What’s your passion?

I love all things home decor related!

I have walked to the highest point on one of the wonders of the world, The Great Wall of China!
